This weekend, like any good tech bro, I finished Bryan Johnson’s Netflix doc Don’t Die.
I love delicious food too much to adopt his routine, but the focus on setting ambitious, long-term goals like NEVER dying is very inspiring. What resonated the most is Bryan's attempt to reach this monumental goal by launching thousands of experiments, tinkering constantly, and following where the data takes him.
