The launch announcement of Comcast’s Universal Ads product set the tone for Ad Tech CES. It’s clear figuring out how to get more SMBs to advertise on CTV is a top 2025 priority.
This led to a jam-packed CES with 10-12 meetings per day talking about how streamr’s GenAI Solutions can help Ad Tech Platforms, Publishers, and Agencies attract more SMB spend.

GenAI 3.0 Breakthrough
Laziness led to our biggest breakthrough yet. 😂
Let me explain…
Our amazingGenAI Labs teamis led by VP of Engineering Robby Lucia. Robby has an intense desire to automate just about everything in his life, and he couldn’t stand how much time we were putting into producing CTV Commercials for customers who opted to use his “cyborg team.” GenAI Labs is a small group of video editors who leverage both GenAI and traditional video editing to produce great creatives for some of our customers.
Robby is a true unicorn. He’s a great software engineer and video editor. Insane, right?
Well, while experimenting with various video LLMs, such as Runway and sora, he realized their outputs were too surreal. Our customers just want a CTV commercial that represents their business and delivers a return on ad spend (ROAS). So he started tinkering.
The result is GenAI 3.0! The first image-to-video model generating complete CTV commercials: script, voice, music, CTA Overlays, and now image-to-video animations included!
Check out this commercial for “The Bellagio”which was generated by just searching for their business name. These aren’t just 5-second surreal b-roll clips with no audio like you get with sora, Runway, and other GenAI LLMs. These are complete commercials ready to launch on TV!
The GenAI 3.0 creatives we generate right now are purposefully subtle to avoid hallucinations. For example, we built custom prompts to only put people in the background to avoid the common AI problem of people with too many fingers, etc.
We are rolling GenAI 3.0 to a select group of beta users in Q1 to get their feedback. We loved the shocked expressions on people's faces in our industry when I demoed it throughout the week.
No one else is doing this in CTV, and it's going to get a lot better!
